Family Services is happy to announce the Support Group for Caregivers of Older Loved Ones is returning this fall. We invite all UCSF employees and learners who are actively caring for older loved ones to join us in this shared journey. Together, we can support one another in creating a thriving, inclusive community.
There will be four separate support groups; each will meet virtually for one hour every week from mid-October to mid-December, with sessions resuming in late January and running through the end of April. Participants are encouraged to commit to regular attendance so groups can build trust, consistency, and strong connections.
