Join private school admissions consultant Lisa Lau Aquino for a virtual talk on the process and timing for private school tours, applications, and admissions. Learn about private school options in San Francisco and affordability/financial assistance. Get advice on interviews, open houses, and more. This webinar also touches on private school admission for 1st-8th grade.

Lisa Lau Aquino, a native San Franciscan, has extensive experience, knowledge, and relationships with Bay Area schools. She attended The Hamlin School (a S .F. K-8th grade school for girls), Lowell High School, and UC Berkeley. Lisa then returned to Hamlin as a faculty member and taught science and health for 16 years before serving as Hamlin's Director of Admission for 21 years. In 2024, she launched her educational consulting business. Lisa was the founding President of the Bay Area Directors of Admission (BADA), a consortium of over 110 independent schools in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of The Bay School of San Francisco.

Alicia Jones is a counselor at the SFUSD Enrollment Center (EC), which Is the Welcome Center for families on the road to education in SFUSD. EC's counselors can help families with the entire enrollment process whether their child is new to the school district or already attending an SFUSD school.
