UCSF Discount at Safeway
Save a little on groceries at Safeway.
Safeway stores are offering a 5% discount on each transaction to UCSF employees and students. Visit the customer service counter at one of the participating Safeway locations and show your UCSF I.D. to get a keycard. Present the keycard at checkout to receive the discount. This offer is good from August 14, 2025 through July 31, 2026 at any participating northern California or Hawaii Safeway.
Please note: Students and staff need to reapply each year by presenting their current UCSF I.D. at the customer service counter to receive their 5% off discount keycard. Customers must be a member of the Safeway for U loyalty program to qualify for this offer.
