Supporting Your Teen's Well-Being: A Conversation with Adolescent Mental Health Experts

UCSF adolescent psychologists Dr. Lindsey Bruett, Dr. Lauren Haack, and Dr. Evan Holloway meet frequently with caregivers who want to effectively support their teens and sometimes find it hard to know where to start. In this webinar, our experts will discuss typical adolescent development, how to effectively communicate with your teen, and red flags that may mean it's time to reach out for support. This free event is geared toward parents and other caregivers of pre-teens and teens but all who are interested in adolescent mental health are welcome.
